Blowing the dust off my old bicycle several years ago was one of the best things I ever did for myself. It's given me a new outlook on life, not to mention a healthier body. Still a long way to go, but it's a start. Riding slowly through the countryside makes you see things to don't normally see in a car. It gives you the time to digest what's in front of you. It helps keep you in the present moment and see what's real and what's an illusion. A bicycle is a time machine, a time machine that brings you back to the here and now. I love 'em.

Dust off an old bike, eh? Not the way I remembers it.

Well, one good thing leads to another. A dusty old bike begets a shiny new one! Wunderbar, no.
